County Development Project

Purpose

• Developing and delivering strategies to grow the membership of Scouting across West Lancashire;

• Providing support and resources to the districts to enable local projects to progress;

• To share the work, challenges and achievements with other Scouting colleagues, in the County, Region and across the UK;

• Directing the work of the County Development Officers;

• Ensuring an appropriate management and reporting structure is in place to support and manage the County Development Officers and the finances of the project.
