County Development Officers

Barbara Hughes is the County Development Officer supporting Chorley, Lonsdale, Ormskirk and South Ribble. Barbara has been involved in Scouting as a youth member and a leader in Merseyside for over 20 years. Currently she is a Beaver Scout Leader in Chorley District and is part of the training team for Merseyside.

Carolyn Kirkham is the County Development Officer supporting Blackpool, Fylde, Preston and Wyre. Carolyn has been involved in Scouting for nearly 25 years, when her own boys joined. She's had many roles over the years and is currently District Secretary and an Assistant Beaver Scout Leader in Blackpool. Carolyn is also the County Training Administrator.
